With 25 years of international project delivery at Shell and Boskalis, Joost has led multiple complex industrial projects and has worked in countries including Singapore, Kazakhstan, the UK, Russia, Ireland, the Netherlands, the UAE, and Iraq.

His arrival reflects the depth of expertise within our growing core team, united by one mission to secure Europe’s future by sustainably producing ultra-pure polysilicon with a strong value proposition for solar, semiconductors and batteries.
