We partner with leading Dutch research institutions, including TNO and regional knowledge hubs, to co-develop next-generation manufacturing technologies, such as advanced wafer production. RESiLICON aims to build an energy‑efficient polysilicon production line with a capacity of 26 kton (~13 GW) that transforms MG‑Si into ultra‑pure poly‑Si using the proven Siemens process. Our N11‑grade purity enables the production of ingots and wafers for the semiconductor industry, as well as high‑performance solar cells and panels—including advanced HJT and TOPCon technologies.
RESiLICON has secured exclusive EMEA rights to Advanced Material Systems (AMS) technology—proven to cut energy consumption in polysilicon production by up to 30%. Already deployed successfully in South Korea and India, this breakthrough positions RESiLICON at the forefront of sustainable manufacturing in Europe. AMS is a global leader in polysilicon process innovation, with a strong legacy across the semiconductor and solar sectors.
